We have school spirit! How ’bout you?
We’d love to have some school spirit to support the mini cheerleaders. Families and friends please wear school colors to the game: Dark Green, Black and White. Make ’em proud and cheer along with the cheerleaders!
Of course, plan on taking a lot of pictures. It sure to be cuteness overload!
Our mini cheerleaders will be learning a few simple cheers that include full body movements, a dance routine and simple stunts. This is a physical camp. WRHS requires a liability form and proof of insurance to participate. Find our FORMS HERE.
Please bring a water bottle, healthy snack, and a hearty lunch. Be mindful of others, please do not bring nuts.
No, parents are encouraged to drop their mini cheerleaders off promptly at 9 am and return to pick them up at the conclusion of camp at 3 pm. If your mini cheerleader is having some difficulty in letting you leave we invite you to sit on the bench for a bit of time at the beginning of camp to aid in their comfort. We find they do much better participating once they are integrated with their camp squad. Thank you for trusting your children with us. Let their performance on game day be a surprise to you!
Camp fees are non-refundable. Thank you for supporting the WRHS cheerleaders!
WRHS Cheerleaders cheer year round. They cheer for Fall Football, Winter Basketball and compete in Cheer Competitions in the Spring. During the summer months they practice twice a week and attend skills camps. Fundraisers, such as mini cheer camp, help to defray the costs of uniforms + warm ups, cheer gear, camps, choreography, music licensing fees, and competitions.
Your support bolsters school spirit, grows strong athletes, and great role models the kids of our community look up to. Thank you! Go BIG Green! Become a Sponsor.
Coach Jess Bejot and Coach Jaci Huckabee are the coaches for WRHS Cheerleading Squad. At least one coach will be in attendance throughout the camp week. All WRHS cheerleaders will be staffing the camps. They will lead as small group leaders, facilitate learning and encourage their mini cheer campers to have school spirit and the most fun!
You might even see some of the WRHS Cheerleaders parents supporting the fundraiser by volunteering!
